• Integration of Information and Communication projects through two hubs, CIS Lebanon and SMS/RT2I and through local subsidiaries (V.A.R), grouped at the level of Value channel.
• Volume distribution of IT equipment and software through the UNIDIST Holding, regional platforms IT4 Africa(Johannesburg),Interdist Alliances (United Kingdom),Levant Distribution (Dubai), Afrique Distribution (Tours) and through local Hiperdist subsidiaries (wholesale), grouped at the level of volume channel.
This dual range of activities allows better servicing of clients with different natures (resellers or end-users) on a range of different products with different expectations with regard to technology and services. Further, this structure gives the group an inherent strength to overcome the turbulent and ever-changing conditions of the ICT environments and provides the group a reliable capability to sustain a constant development.
